Electronics Engineer and Design & Development Lead with 16+ years of hands-on experience in IoT hardware, embedded systems, and scalable, production-grade solutions. I take full-cycle ownership: architecture, PCB design (schematic to layout), embedded firmware, cloud backends, and NPI through to mass production. Deep expertise in smart gateways, edge-to-cloud IoT platforms, mesh networking (Wi‑Fi, Zigbee), and custom protocol optimization. Proven track record in team leadership, vendor management (PCBA, China supply chain), and delivering reliable, deployment-ready products for smart home, building automation, and industrial use cases.

End-to-end ownership of electronics, embedded systems, mobile apps, and cloud platforms as Team Lead. Architected and delivered a scalable, cloud-native IoT backend (remote device management, OTA, data analytics, provisioning). Shipped feature-rich smart home/building gateway: Wi‑Fi mesh, multi-room audio, face-recognition video, smart appliance integration. Drove high-performance PCB design (motherboards, SBCs) and DFM through production. Built and led in-house Zigbee firmware team; implemented custom stack and algorithms for dense-device network performance.

Delivered smart home/building IoT gateway with advanced networking and device control. Drove NPI: took complex PCB designs through DFM and into mass production with PCBA partners in China. Developed custom Zigbee firmware and protocol optimization. Implemented connected-IoT solutions on OpenLinux and embedded AT (4G modules) for edge connectivity.
